Frontline service ... making it better

Have my experiences been yours too? Have you found yourself saying "This is not what I joined the job for," or "It's just a numbers game?"
Have you been buried time and time again under an avalanche of endless, repetitive paperwork? Have you attended a job and got two detections for the price of one or one for the price of none?
Do you want to stand up and say your piece without having to endure the wrath of your area commander?

If you're a stressed, pressured, overworked and under-resourced serving police officer or ex-police officer, share your anecdotes, fears and concerns in complete anonymity. You're the legs the organisation stands upon and the legs this campaign stands upon. Your experiences will embolden and enlighten. They will also serve to contrast with crime statistics put forth by your senior officers and the Home Office who value only figures and have no regard for the pressures and stresses you have to endure to procure them. My frustration and disappointment is yours, as is my word, that I shall only use your experiences to buttress our campaign. I understand the fear of speaking out knowing the consequences of doing so.

This is your opportunity to describe your frustrations and speak in confidence. Tell the public how much of yourself you give to them and explain how the PCSOs are doing the job you joined to do!
